Refund Policy

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days after receiving an item.

Eligibility

Contact us before returning an item. Products should be returned in the condition received with available packaging and proof of purchase. We will explain any hygiene, safety, or non-returnable restrictions that legally apply to the item.

Return shipping and fees

RYZE Mushroom Coffee covers return shipping and provides a prepaid return label for approved returns. We do not charge a restocking fee.

Refunds

After inspection, approved refunds are sent to the original payment method. Banks and payment providers generally need 5–10 business days to post the credit.

Cancellations and problems

You may request cancellation before shipment. Contact us promptly about defective, damaged, or incorrect items. These terms do not reduce any statutory rights.
